We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time without prior notice. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to operational capacity and weather conditions.

3. Ordering and Payment

All orders placed through our platform constitute an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of ordering through our secure payment system.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store your payment information on our servers. In case of payment processing errors, orders may be cancelled and refunds processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Delivery Terms

Delivery is available within designated service areas across Canada, and delivery fees apply based on distance and location.

Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Our delivery personnel will attempt delivery once; if unsuccessful, the order may be returned to the store.

5. Food Safety and Quality

Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement, provided that preparation has not yet begun. Once food preparation commences, orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

In cases of order errors, quality issues, or delivery problems, customers may be eligible for partial or full refunds at our discretion. All refund requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and may require photographic evidence of the issue.
